This Privacy Policy applies to the websites operated by DuoCircle LLC, including usedmarcreport.com, duocircle.com, phishprotection.com, autospf.com, mailflowmonitoring.com, and dmarcreport.com.
By accessing or using the services provided by DuoCircle LLC (“DuoCircle”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The agreement incorporates additional policies published on DuoCircle’s websites by reference. You must be of legal age and not barred by law from receiving services.
The sole means by which DuoCircle will authenticate your right to control your account is via the email address you keep on file. You must keep your email address current and notify DuoCircle of unauthorized access immediately.
DuoCircle offers both free and paid services including DNS, email hosting, domain registration, and support. DuoCircle reserves the right to reclassify services between free and paid status or to modify or discontinue services without notice.
DuoCircle may modify this agreement at any time by posting revisions. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
This agreement begins when accepted and continues until terminated. DuoCircle may suspend services for any reason without notice. You remain liable for fees during suspension. Either party may terminate with or without cause.
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use services per the Acceptable Use Policy. You must cooperate with investigations or face suspension.
You may not send spam or unsolicited mail in violation of the CAN-SPAM Act. You may not alter email headers or impersonate senders.
You receive a limited license to use DuoCircle’s software, documentation, and content solely for using the services. No reverse engineering or modification is allowed. DuoCircle retains all rights to its services and properties.
The services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranty of any kind. DuoCircle disclaims all warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Fees are payable in advance for paid services. DuoCircle may impose increased fees, overage fees, or new fees. You are responsible for reviewing DuoCircle’s websites for fee changes. You are responsible for all applicable taxes.
You may not disclose DuoCircle’s confidential information for three years after termination. This excludes publicly available information or information independently developed.
DuoCircle’s liability is limited to amounts paid. Some jurisdictions may not allow these limitations.
You agree to indemnify DuoCircle against claims arising from unauthorized use, violation of terms, or negligence.
You must comply with U.S. export controls and sanctions programs when using the services.
